Hotel was good and the room spacious is big. Just for resting and the comfort meet the requirements.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and efficient, which made the overall experience smooth and comfortable. The room was also very clean and well-maintained, and the location is highly accessible, making it convenient to get around. The only downside was the waiting time at the lift lobby, which was quite long during my stay. It may have been due to a special event or peak period. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would still recommend this hotel.

It was my first time booking at New York hotel and I was very surprise of the service given, the room is huge and nice. Toilet is clean. The swimming pool is the best... its big and clean. Amenities is very convenient with good food in the hotel and surrounding the hotel. Its a 100% recommendation to stay here ... the free breakfast was superb. Theres a lot of choices on what to eat. Will definately come again.. as there is a very good massage place vmright veside the hotel and best thing is its all cheap..

The queen bed room looks a bit old compared to picture and bitten by bedbugs. Reported to receiption and they changed another room for me which is bigger and looks great (likes photos in the website) and gave breakfast vouchers as complimentary

My go-to whenever Im in Jb for a staycation. Excellent location and easy access to Grab bookings. Highly recommended.

A large 20-30 years old hotel building. Clean , very large guest room with city view on the high floor. Fast check in and friendly staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Good water pressure at the high floor bathroom. None smoking rooms are available, but sometimesl smell of the smoking still coming from room ventilation. Good room price. Will stay again if I come to Johor Baru.

Good location near to Pelangi Plaza…. good spread of breakfast. Room is spacious. Service is good as staff is attentive enough to send someone to replace our in room phone when they cannot hear when II call them…..
