Hotel Granada Johor Bahru

The hotel is kind of old, but well maintained. The hot shower is not hot enough.

This used to be my favourite hotel in Bukit Indah. However, the price of the hotel has increased but not the service, nor the amenities. The hotel no longer provides a hand towel or the slipper. All these little touches were removed, might be due to cost savings measures.

Very old hotel with very old facilities. Bed isn't very comfortable as well. There is only 1 layer of curtain and it's not blackout, it's rather bright even at night when the hotel is right beside other building that has seemingly spot lights. The maintenance and upkeep is terrible, TV is so old and the TV mount already broken, and the TV itself unwatchable with extreme noise on the pictures. The shower sometimes very hot sometimes cold water, signs or water leakage and rusty pipes down the walls. The basin is cracked, the tab isn't working properly, extremely hard to turn. The only redeeming feature is it's near Aeon mall Bukit indah, but this hotel is so terrible that I will rather stay further at a better quality hotel.

Hotel 4 star, big and clean. Service is good. Breakfast many choices. McDonald's next to hotel. Opposite Aeon Bukit Indah....

great location as Aeon mall is just opposite! Do Not underestimate the breakfast, taste good!
