The disposable slippers aren't provided unless you ask for them, and they fall apart after just one use, like paper. The hotel itself is quite old and run-down. What I found unacceptable is that some adjacent rooms are connecting, with a door in between. However, this door only has a flimsy latch that can easily be pushed open from the other side, and the doorknob doesn't lock. This poses a significant security risk.

The outlook of the hotel looks great but the inside the room not so favorable. There was blood stain on bedsheet, and aircon one moment warm, one moment super cold … not sure what to think of it 🥲 The bed, not so comfortable to sleep on and very low level, for elderly not really good for them Room size is small and a little squeeze for 2 persons. The bathroom lights are too dim Breakfast wise, not so fantastic. Would recommend eat out since near by have many eatery options

Clean basic room. Right opp aeon mall for shopping, with food (mainly after lunch) & massage options around. Breakfast spread is normal. No convenience store around. Can only go to the petrol kiosk opp if aeon closes.

The buffet breakfast was fairly standard, with the usual options like nasi lemak and fried rice. However, the shower water pressure was low, and the water temperature was extremely hot. On the positive side, we were able to catch some fireworks at night, as the room view seems to face the Ming Ang Pastries area. Stayed this hotel as near to Aeon Bukit Indah.

I was there for 3 nights, booking 2 rooms with queen size bed. It was a less than satisfactory experience. I specifically requested for rooms away from elevators but they gave me 2 rooms that are right next to their employee elevator. So it means, the elevator is in between of the 2 rooms that I booked for my parents and I. No doubt, the employee elevator meant less activity but it's still next to the elevator where ppl could easily come up and down. Secondly, we were unable to get the key card to open the door to the corner room that is for my parents. Took 1 trip down to concierge to inform them about the problem. They programmed the key card again and problem still exists. Only after I told them to relocate my parents to a different floor that they mentioned that the battery in the scanner of the door ran out so they have to get technician to change them. So, that left a bad impression from the getgo. Thirdly, once we got on that floor, it smelled bad. I had to get housekeeping to spray air-freshener to get rid of the smell. I believe it from the drainage, where if water wasn't used or flushed down, it can start to smell. So my question was, how long was the room toilets not cleaned or flushed? If the rooms were occupied, surely it shouldn't smell. Fourth, the pool was not what is expected of a hotel pool. Even a boutique hotel pool look better than that. But I don't care too much about pools as I am looking for good place to rest after spending a lot of time sightseeing when I'm traveling. Fifth, noise insulation wasn't good. I could hear the guest in the next room snoring from my room. Let alone if the guest spoke loudly, I could hear. The staff were polite and kind for the most part. One or 2 staff may not know certain things but they are probably new to the job and are on training. Not a big matter. It is situated in a good location. It is 20-25 mins away from Johor city square. It is in a nice suburban neighbourhood, but within a commercial round area with a park in the middle. There is even a big Aeon Mall right opposite the hotel. Traffic isn't bad going into that area. If you're looking to spend a lot of time in the room during your travel, this is not the one for you. If you want a comfortable room to rest for the night, this is good enough.

Visited this hotel years ago before Covid. Revisited after 7 years. No change to the overall look and feel. Feeling not too bad. Location: Good near Bukit Indah Aeon. Difficult to come in given we now don’t drive Bus network no good. Not coming in anytime soon. Service: Good. Counter staff allow early check in and given us high floor. Cleanliness: Good, basic stuff provided. Nothing fancy. Room: Lightings is dim, not enough lighting. TV channels cannot load due to poor wifi. YouTube Netflix cannot watch too. A bit disappointed. Breakfast: OK comes with Nasi Lemak, Noodles / Porridge section. Pastries and bread.

It was a great experience for family. My kid really enjoyed the environment it’s so close to aeon Bukit Indah

This hotel is conveniently located just 160 meters, a 5-minute walk, from Aeon Mall Bukit Indah, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and spas. Sutera Mall is also easily accessible by car. Legoland and Hello Kitty Town are only about a 10-15 minute drive away, and there's even a direct bus service to Singapore.

My daughter left her IPad after checkout. We received a call from them half an hour later. Good service.

Bed sheets and covers were soooo dirty, see photos. My colleague’s room was same and dirty.  Also, air conditioning did not work, their technician checked and said tell receptionist to change room but when I call them to change my room, but they ignored and I stayed at boiling room. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

If not because of the convenience location, I would not recommend this hotel for the price I paid! The hotel Is so old and so smelly especially on level 3 where I am staying! The security is not safe and I don’t know how ppl can just bring durian to the hotel, the receptionist n guard did not notice! The whole level is so smelly with durian daily and the water is so cold when showering! The breakfast also not nice n limited and cold .
