Room was cozy and clean. Breakfast had a wide selection of food, including Malay, Chinese, Indian, and western cuisine.

Excellent hospitality and services, front desk staff was very helpful and willing to accommodate our requests.

Had a smooth time checking-in. The room is clean and reasonably spacious for a family of 4. Sheltered parking for cars is spacious and ample. However, its location is between commercial buildings and a school, therefore, would need to walk about 20mins to the City Square and Komtar shopping malls. No convenient store nearby but there are 2 vending machines at the lobby.

Location is near JBCC with e hailing but not no groceries shop available. . Vending machine available but expensive. Breakfast is below average with the brand name. Single bed is small. Room is a bit smelly. Give a like to the water pressure for shower and separate wc and shower. Bath towel is old and if can please upgrade. Friendly staffs👍

I love the location of this property which is just a short walk from JB Sentral. The surrounding is green and calm, away from the chaos of the city center. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to their sister hotel in the city center. My room was clean with a queen size bed. It was clean and I find the color scheme cheerful. Breakfast is excellent large variety Asian and Western food available. They also breakfast on the go should you be in a hurry . All in all I had a very pleasant stay with friendly helpful staff with good English fluency. I would have given this stay a perfect score if not for some small flying insects found in the room. I took photos and showed to the reception.

⭐ Holiday Inn Express Johor Bahru – A Comfortable First Stay This was my first time staying at Holiday Inn Express Johor Bahru and it was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable—exactly what you would expect from an Express hotel. The free breakfast included with the room rate was a nice bonus, and I really appreciate the effort put into providing a good variety and smooth service in the morning. Location-wise, the hotel is in a quiet area. Some guests may enjoy the peaceful surroundings, while others might find it a bit secluded—but for me, it was fine and added to a relaxed stay. Overall, a good value-for-money hotel and I would definitely stay here again. 😊
