lovedddd the hotel stay there! super clean room and toilet. love it so much! and it's close to sssooooo many food and massage places! even near woodfire which is a must go if you love great burgers and brisket! would've given service 5 stars if the night receptionist wasn't so attitude. called cos the Aircon couldn't work, she already gave the bochap attitude with a SIGH. but I discovered later I didn't switch on the Aircon switch. so I called again to tell her to cancel. her response? ”K” and hung up. I even said sorry and thank you. seriously.

Still very satisfied with the room and services. Staff walking around the main lobby makes the effort to ask if one need and help when he sees me roaming around. Service 👍🏻.. the room I gotten this time was still good other than the pillow has abit of weird stench.. I requested it to be replaced and it was done almost immediately.

Second time booking and the cleanliness was still impressive. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Location was great and mattress is sufficient for a good sleep. Will recommend if you are looking for a short getaway in JB!

One of the best highlights for me is the comfortable bed, which makes it easy to relax and sleep well after a busy day. The hotel’s location is also very strategic, especially for travelers who love food and nightlife. Many good restaurants, cafés, and pubs are located nearby, making it convenient to explore the area without needing to travel far. Guests can easily enjoy local dishes, supper spots, and entertainment within walking distance. Generally the cleanliness is acceptable and toilet is kept dry. Thing to feedback is the platform around the bed is a little dusty with strand of hairs, perhaps it is best to clean this area too. Staff is warm and welcoming, lots of food choices around the hotel, even for supper.

The location is excellent. Near supermarket and restauranta. So convenient and close to everything I needed, The room was clean but its quite small. Friendly staff and you can do your self check in. So easy. Considering the very reasonable rate, this hotel offers great value for money.

The neighborhood around the hotel is really good especially if you're looking for a quiet yet convenient one because there are a lot of food/drink stores including MacDonald right in front of the hotel, convenience stores like 7/11, Family Mart and even a gym in front of the hotel as well. Both the room and bathroom are quite spacious and clean also. Another good thing is that the hotel not only give new water bottles on every housekeeping but also has a water dispenser at the lobby for everyone to refill water anytime. The only bad thing I experienced was that the rooms are not that sound-proof at all since I can hear the guests speaking from the room beside us at night and early in the morning as well. Overall, the hotel seems reasonable for the price with its location and cleanliness for me.

Came back for another long weekend and still find this place so comfortable. It's quiet, the price is right, and the location is convenient for getting around. Plus, there are more and more restaurants across the street now. Looking forward to coming back again for the May Day holiday next month!

Always like to stay here when we come JB ,cos da staff here all very helpful n friendly , but something they need to improve is da room if have a ceiling fan n hair dryer will be perfect ,n also da lobby n da room outside corridor should have Aircon ,cos always when waiting for check in da lobby Abit too hot lor , outside da hotel is free parking which convenient for us 🤗
