We were very surprised this hotel had 4 * reviews! We will never stay in a Best Western again. This place was competely rundown. The walls & ceiling had cracks & stains. The curtain didn't close all the way letting in lots of street light. The bathroom was really bad. Breakfast was dismal. The young lady cleaning our room when we arrived was very sweet, which is why we give it 2 stars & not 1. This place really needs a total remodel & upgrade.

NO HOT WATER! Lukewarm at best. Stains on some towels. Only 1 elevator was running and I was on the 5th floor. Bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Our sheets & towels & bathroom sink & shower & toilet had dark black hairs all over them. They brought us another set of sheets when we asked. The refrigerator leaked a lot onto the floor the entire time we stayed for 2 nights. We had to use many towels to keep soaked up. You could not adjust the thermostat. It was either really cold ac or no air.

The plus stand for plus bed bugs, plus dirty sheets. This place is nasty! Not good people to work with!! Do not recommend this place at all!

Room WAS in great condition BEFORE I saw the biggest "roach" as it was identified as by 2 different staff members at different times, I've ever seen in my entire life the morning I checked out. I have photos. I'm completely freaked out and can't stop thinking about it.

The hotel itself was decent. But they refused to keep putting out breakfast items still had an hour and a half before closing and they just kept spring, the eggs and sausage. No real selection of anything. One or two bagels and no cream cheese. None of the drinks worked.
