Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Jonesborough-Johnson City West, TN

The room was very clean and maintained well. Bed was comfortable and we loved the balcony. The only thing we saw was carpet could stand to be cleaned but wasn’t terrible. We would definitely stay again

The staff were helpful but the building needs updating. Carpet needs removal (dirty), air conditioners were not working, taps dripping in our room (staff were notified of this), etc. Seemed like all the money was put into the foyer. Great location for walking to the town centre though.

Air conditioning was terrible. Bathroom toilet had to be snaked Staff was amazing This is an older hotel. It has charm and the location is great. It just needs to be updated.

Hotel was very clean, and staff was very welcoming. It was a nice, quiet atmosphere. A wide variety of foods were available for breakfast.

It's a great place far as the rooms and cleanliness goes..but we go here for the pool and it says only adults after 10 but they dont enforce this rule and the pool is always full of kids...and Im not being mean I know they have to have time to but they shouldn't be aloud to be in there after 10 lole the rules says...last few times we have went we couldn't even get in the pool it was so full of just kids with the parents setting watching...and its just so loud and wild no way to enjoy the pool for grown ups...I will go back when they enforce the 10pm rule and if your going for the pool and your not under 12 years old I wouldn't suggest it....everything esle is amazing about the hotel

everything was good even the breakfast was great. only two problems i seen were using the TV there is a switch on the wall inside front door that must be turned on to operate TV light and fridge and nobody said anything about it had to find out going to front desk. also you will need to use your phone to find out what station on tv is used in that area for direct tv even the front desk did not know lol but all in all it was a good stay no complaints

My only problem was that the shampoo and conditioner were both empty in the shower. I had packed my own but it was inconvenient to have to get them after being in the shower.

The staffs were all very friendly. The property is clean. The location is ideal, quiet and secluded, yet close enough to the main road with easy access to anywhere you wish to go.

Very convenient to historic district of Jonesborough TN. Moderately easy 3-5 minute walk with a paved path or road to town which has very limited parking. Rooms were clean but mattress was tough.
