I had to stay at Joondalup, so I stayed there. Some websites described it as a four-star hotel, but don't expect that. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly, which I really liked.
However, the room didn't seem very clean; there was dust on the leaves of the houseplants, and the tea towels used to dry the dishes were also quite dusty. There was also a lot of frost in the refrigerator.
If you just plan on staying there for a night, it might not be a problem.

We chose this location as it was close to the hospital for appointments. It’s also close to public transport and shops. The room is nice, bed comfy and appliances new, but I noticed not very clean. The walls look dirty, there’s lots of dust and the shower had hair everywhere and a heap of mould.

Apon arrival the first room was dirty and had a smell of smokers, the bed had hair in it and was like it was only made up for the people staying there last. I brought this to the attention of staff, with no help the first time. After finding the hair in the bed another after hrs staff member moved me to another room. This room although wasn't as dirty as the other room still wasnt the best. But the more i looked, the worse it did. Dusty surfaces everywhere, showers that havnt been cleaned properly in forever. It has very poor standards.
