"Stayed overnight to finally see the Oregon caves. It was the perfect stop from Sacramento. Th lobby was clean and staff was welcoming. We arrived past 8 pm and was happy that they had hot water for tea and regular and decaffeinated coffee around the clock. I can’t say anything about breakfast since we slept through it. Our room was surprisingly spacious, linens were nice and clean. The room had a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a safe. There were face, hand and bath towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel and hand soap. Definitely one I will go back to should I need to stay overnight in the area."

The MASTER BEDROOM is spacious with a NEW Calif. KING "BeautyRest" mattress and wonderful wood bed frame, end tables and lamps. Luxurious designer bed sheets , and duvet., 2 dressers will give you lots of additional storage for clothes, There is also an extra TV, chair and floor lamp for reading by the window; there is a large walk-in closet . Newly remodeled 1940 house a few blocks away from historic downtown! 2 bedroom that all feature new queen beds. The house is only two miles off of I-5 and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops downtown has to offer. The living room features a 60 in HDTV. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, a keurig and many other commodities . The Outdoor area has a table, lots of seating, and a Barbecue. Guest loves this safe cute part of town.

This is an excellent spot to enjoy all the greatness that Grants Pass has to offer. There is plenty of on street parking, along with two off-street parking spots off the alley way in the back of the lot. You can walk to downtown Grants Pass in just a few minutes, making for fun nights out on the town.
