Best Hotel experience we have ever had. Everything about this hotel was truly amazing . The front desk staff and hotel manager could not do enough for us. They are super friendly and helpful. The food at the Resturant was simply exquisite. We booked dinner there twice on our 3 night stay. Abdel the Resturant manager provides a level of service and hospitality that we have never experienced before. This hotel is highly rated and will definitely recommend that it is chosen when you are wanting to visit Disney. It’s a 10 minute drive from the hotel, which is in a pretty little village. This hotel deserves 6 stars 😀😀😀

The place is okay, the room pretty small, the meals very good, but the service slow and not very tourist friendly. Breakfast is a disaster.

The service is so bad on this hotel - they would not allow me to cancel my booking 5 minutes after I booked it, two weeks in advance. First they ignored my message and when I called them they were Soo unfriendly. No service, no recommendation. That kind of money grabbing is ridiculous.

Rooms could be pretty small but it's a nice quaint place.

Ideal place for a stay close to Disneyland. Comfortable and renovated rooms, very good restaurant too and rich breakfast. Free shuttle to reach Disneyland. We spent one night in a very large family room. Very quiet. To reach a the hotel we took an Uber from a nearby RER station.

After the pandemic we want red a special family break.We chose this hotel for several reasons… 4 star rating free shuttle bus to Disney. good reviews. WHAT WE GOT. 2 star rating Shuttle bus that was non existent ( only when the park opened & closed) and was fully booked 90% of the time ! Disgusting stench of sewage from both booked rooms 206 & 201. ( smell so bad my husband vomited ) Inadequate & expensive breakfast, no choice , nothing for children like , fresh fruit, porridge,cornflakes. Traffic noise directly outside our rooms window.Very noticeable even with the windows closed. The reception staff seemed to know about our smelly rooms before we even said anything.We we’re given another room next door , but that was not the point. We were all so VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! !

Stayed here due to the location to Disneyland Paris and was not disappointed. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Everything you needed was provided although the coffee was not to my liking. Good choice at breakfast and even my grandchildren were happy with the selection offered. Staff very friendly. Only thing that was different to advert was charges for using shuttle bus to the park - it was actually cheaper for us to take our car instead. All in all this is a lovely hotel in a quiet village and I would return in a heartbeat.

Sheets were ripped and full of holes. To get to room, we had to go through a set of three steps in the hallway and a double full set of steps to get to the attic where the room was located. We were not told we would have to climb so many stairs, although our large luggage was very apparent at the time of check in. The tall people in our family kept hitting their heads agains the lower areas of the attic room, which we were also never told about before we got to the room. The layout of room was awkward and inconvenient. Service was mostly nice and helpful. 15 minute Uber ride to Disneyland or shopping areas, each way, each day. Very small village with nothing within walking distance. The largest business is the hotel itself.
