Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jourdanton-Pleasanton by IHG

Nice hotel for the price. Breakfast was good. Only problem was there was no working light in the sitting area.

Rooms were spotless, staff was fantastic, and the stay enjoyable!

Great stay but could improve. The room was not clean there was hair on toilet seat. The receptionist was nice and helpful when I first checked in. But the next morning the receptionist was very rude. I walked out and she saw me to load up my luggage to the car I went back in dropped off my key and just said I’m going to grab some breakfast. And she began to question me. Just because I said I was going to grab breakfast.

The property was near where I needed to be. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area. The breakfast was really nice. The staff was friendly and responsive to requests. We will stay again when in the area.

Go-to for holidays Location is great and convenient. Enjoyed my stay. Somewhat noisy first thing in the morning from laundry service knocking on the door at 8am, vacuuming, etc. I did choose to pay at the property but my card was ran prior. When I asked the associate about it, she said they did not have access to that information and run credit cards every morning. That was odd to me that they don’t have access to payment preference information. Aside from that, good experience. Will stay again.
