Very very good place!!! I like this hotel!!! Muy bien u muy guapo

This resort is only worth visiting for the beach and landscape, otherwise in terms of service, rooms and food it is a complete mess. It is messy, not refurbished, smelly, dirty and overall not taken care of. When I arrived my room was not organized, sheets had dirt and hairs in it and were not changed, bed not made, room was smelling of urine. The food and the drinks are enough but kind of tasteless. Carribean views are the only ones to enjoy here.

They could put a couple of fan at the lobby, especially at the reception area. Food area (buffet) can be closed and supported by air conditioning. At some locations, drinks can be served in glass not plastic. Smoking In The pool must be prohibited, because kids also swimming in the same pool. Around the pool is ok

Located a 30-minute drive from Las Americas Airport, Juan Dolio Beach has a calm atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay.

We went to a wedding and stayed two nights. Highlights include the location, beautiful, quiet beaches, and the sargassum-free environment. The food was varied and good, and the cocktails were delicious. In need of improvement: The first night, the room had a strong smell of bleach that kept me awake. The maids would gather outside my room very early in the morning, talking loudly. (309) The soundproofing in the rooms was very poor.

Everything was great, thank you very much, the resort lives up to expectations.

The waiters are a little distracted, the service is slow but they are friendly, the food is not very good and they make many cooked things but after all everything is very good, the room is very good, the pool is clear, the cleanliness is very good but they have to manage with customer service and food

Overall it was a good stay, but the restaurant services leave a lot to be desired, as we tried to reserve two dinners at one of the 5 restaurants and couldn't, because the day we arrived they were all gone and the second day they were already sold out!!

It was very nice everything was almost perfect something needs to be done to the beach to clean it up it is such a shame that you can half in the water because of that too much moss and that is a shame of the blue clear water only half body such a shame

Extraordinary stay, on December 31 we had a grandiose dinner and concert on the beach which had been set up, during the dinner of December 24 and 31 we had an extraordinary saxophonist etc...
