Serviço excelente. Ótimo café da manhã, com muitas variedades. Adorei a máquina de café e cappuccino. Infelizmente não pudemos experimentar o restaurante do hotel, mas em uma próxima certamente o faremos. Ficamos no 11º andar, o que nos propiciou uma vista incrível do Parque da Lajinha e também o silêncio dos deuses. A piscina me pareceu muito boa, mas o clima estava chuvoso e não pudemos usufruir dela. O único ponto negativo, espero que temporário, foi ter que subir e descer as escadas com as malas até a garagem, pois o elevador de serviço estava com problemas.

o ar condicionado, manteve o quarto com temperatura agradável, porém constatei falha na limpeza, ao me deparar com lençóis das camas, esbarrando no piso encontrei papel toalha, com chumaço de cabelos, em baixo da cama de solteiro bem como chuveiro com aparência de sujeira.

Show de bola o hotel é um dos melhores de Juiz de Fora toda a equipe tratou agente muito bem desde a entrada a saída sem nenhum impedimento as áreas da piscina tem smp um garçom a disposição o café da manhã é ótimo cheio de comida de qualidades e bebidas e os atendentes tbm soa tops desde a recepção piscina café da manhã pra pedidos de ifood tudo organizado e cm segurança e pra minha mãe q e idosa foi super bem trata e cm locomoção top parabéns continue smp assim toda a equipe desde da manha ate da noite .
