We have stayed here a couple of times, The rooms are generally very good, This time the door looked like it has been kicked in didnt look secured, I reported this, The kettle also, lid never closed I asked for replacement, this never arrived,

We're regulars here, even after our first time with Trip.com. Our room this time was above the kitchen, so there was a lot of messing around until after 11 p.m. And work started again at 3:45 a.m.

It is advertised as having a swimming pool. Upon arrival we heard that it is closed and is being converted into a sports area. Both were now inaccessible, which was a shame. The bathroom was also not very clean and well maintained. Bed comfort was fine. The food in the restaurant was also very good.

Etant originaire de la région du Borinage mais ayant déménagé à la côte, depuis plusieurs années, je ne connaissais pas cet établissement pourtant je passais toutes les semaines dans sur cette route pour aller à Masnuy. Je dois souligner que l'accueil, qui pour moi est important, de 24h/24 est formidable. Propreté parfaite, emplacement idéal et pas loin du centre de Mons.
