Terrible Last-Minute Conditions and Unacceptable Fees — Do Not Book - Paid AUD 1,123 for 2 houses for 1 night — totally unacceptable value for money. - Made 2 reservations for 2 houses but only received check-in details (including passcode) for 1 house the day before arrival. - Had to repeatedly request the check-in details for the second house; the staff only provided them after persistent follow-up. - Received a list of unreasonable rules by email just one day before check-in, with unexpected penalties attached. - Rules included charges for using more beds than the number of guests paid for — unrealistic and punitive. - Told to wash, dry, put away all dishes and clear the dishwasher before departure or face additional cleaning fees — feels like being treated as unpaid staff. - Required to clear all rubbish ourselves or be charged extra — unacceptable for paid accommodation. - Overall: poor communication, last-minute surprises, and nickel-and-diming policies ruined the stay. Would not recommend.

Perfect chalet in a perfect location! This holiday chalet was perfectly designed, modern and new. It was quiet, held the inside temperature at a comfortable level and was fitted out with everything you need for a short term stay. It exceeded my expectations!

Very new chalet. All the amenities you’d need for a long stay. Not everything was clean and had to rewash lots of pots and cutlery before using. Shops conveniently at the end of the street. Unfortunately there were ants in the toilet and living area. Communication from owner was good.

Beautiful but very sleepy Apartment was clean tidy and ample space for parking.It is 2 minutes from the beach. Jurien Bay itself is quiet and honestly not much to do.Dining options are limited and the supermarkets are expensive.

The 2-bedroom chalet was clean, air conditioned with a well-appointed kitchen and a washing machine. It is part of a group of chalets and nearby units and is walking distance to the beach and the main shopping complex. The only negative is the credit card fees, which were charged on two occasions (deposit and then the final payment). This should be stated before the booking is made, not at the point of sale.

Great location A fantastic location and a beautifully presented property. We will definitely return. Our only negative is no wifi facilities which in this day and age should be considered compulsory for every visitor.

While the property was very good, we expected the property to be on the Beachfront as named!! We found this very misleading as it did not even have a sea view.

Lovely 2 bedroom chalet with very spacious kitchen, comfortable sitting area, good size shower and laundry room and lovely front porch with nice garden. Plenty of room with modern decor and appliances. Quiet location and walk to the beach and walking path.
