Food Quality: Guests generally appreciate the wide variety and quality of food available, noting that there is something for everyone. The buffet offers fresh and delicious options daily, and improvements in flavor and variety have been noted over time.

The hotel is lovely and well situated - a short taxi ride into town. Food is also good with a wide range buffet style. The best part for us was the staff. Lovely and extremely welcoming nothing is too much trouble and anything you need is sorted immediately. The bar and waiting staff are brilliant, especially Onur and Kursat. Looked after us the whole holiday and made to feel like royalty. The entertainment team, especially Breezy, Fred, Sammy, Atakan and Isa They never stop and full of energy. They look after the kids and the adults and ensure everyone is included and involved. Whether that be getting you involved in the onsite entertainment or sitting having a little chat at your table, you always felt welcome. Very good fun and lots of laughs - 10/10 team. I am extremely camera shy and rarely allow my photo to be taken, but I seen the onsite photographer and wanted some nice family photos. Oguz (the onsite photographer) was superb. He was extremely patient with us and allowed us as much time as we needed to get into position with the perfect background for our photos. After a few little edits for the lighting and shadows, we were shown every photo taken and allowed to chose our favourites. There was no pressure to purchase any, and you only pay for the ones you want. It was a very nice and enjoyable experience, so much so that I returned the following day for more photos with the parrot. He speaks very clear English and I Highly recommend to anyone to have their favourite moments captured by Oguz. My husband visited the barbers on site and had the most amazing relaxed shave with all the works included. The barber was very accommodating, friendly and held a great conversation ensuring my husband was relaxed and comfortable. The shop is very clean and tidy and all round a great experience which I also highly recommend. I also had the Turkish bath and spa which added to my fantastic experience. This hotel is a lovely hotel, but for us the staff made our holiday unforgettable and we are already booking again for next year. I am well travelled and I have never felt more welcome than I did in Hotel Palmin. The staff are a credit to this hotel and I hope these comments are passed onto management as they deserve recognition for their great work. A massive thank you to all for a great holiday and hope you are all still here when we return next year.
