The room was super big love the private bath, the hotel staff was very nice. Both meals were awesome.

Service is good, place is a bit old, food does meet  expectation.  Enjoyable experience.

Almost everything was in tip top condition including our requests for a vegetarian dunner and breakfast for one of our friends. Perhaps a hostess more fluent in english would have been helpful but anyway she was most gracious, attentive and courteous. The amenities, food and service were really great!

Because of my eating habits, the hotel helped to modify the menu. Thank you very much! It is recommended to inform the hotel in advance when booking. The hotel can only be contacted by phone, which is a little inconvenient, but I still successfully booked the station shuttle. The shuttle bus is located outside Kaga Onsen Station, in the direction of the hotel shuttle bus. There will be staff waiting in front of the bus with a Shiki-tei sign. The staff are very kind, highly recommended, it is a very warm and comfortable hotel~~

The hotel is located in the center of Kaga Onsen Town, next to Hoshino Kai. The water quality of Yamashiro Onsen is very good. Five minutes every morning and evening will make your skin feel very obvious. The tableware is very exquisite. It may be because it is adjacent to the Rosanjin Residence and Kutani Ware production area. Before the meal, the dedicated elderly butler will put on the kimono and sash for the guests. It is very quiet here. I stayed comfortably for two nights. The only thing is that the food is large. If you don’t eat it, you will waste it. After eating, you will feel too full. By the way, there is free ice cream at the lobby bar on the first floor during the day. There is a half-hour piano performance at 9:00-9:30 at night. The young man who sent us to the station at the end has a pair of big eyes and is very handsome. The hotel also has waiters who can speak Chinese and English. There are more elderly and polite waiters. The belts worn by the elderly are really beautiful and comfortable.

There is a pick-up service at Kaga Station. The service is great. There is a waiter who can speak Chinese. The hotel is very clean. The public hot springs are great. It is recommended to book a room with an open-air private bath. Choose the Murasaki room type. The room is very large and has a balcony. The private bath is also large and equipped with a massage chair. The kaiseki in the evening was delicious and the portions were generous, and the breakfast was also rich.

It should be the worst room given among the expensive rooms of the same type. The floor is the lowest. Opposite is Hattori Shrine. The room can be seen clearly from some angles. Since I only stayed for two nights and it seemed that the room was fully booked, the possibility of changing rooms was low. The role and advantages of the platform were not reflected. Moreover, Ctrip was disappointing in confirming the pick-up at Jr Station. At first, I contacted the hotel through Ctrip butler to make an appointment for the pick-up. Ctrip replied that there was a shuttle bus every half an hour and with a yellow flag. As a result, I waited for more than half an hour and called myself. The hotel came to pick me up in ten minutes. Later, I communicated that there was no scheduled shuttle bus at all, and the flag was green. I don't know how Ctrip contacted. I was very disappointed with Ctrip this time.

After check-in, you will be asked about your height to choose a suitable yukata. Dinner and breakfast time, if you need drop-off service, you can also make an appointment. Tea and coffee are free. There is a charge for drinks in the refrigerator.
