I had to wrap my clothes in a towel to get back to my room before going to the public bath, but I was grateful for the attention to detail in the non-combustible tote bag. I feel happy and think that things like this are good. The drink bar is also fully stocked with apple cider vinegar and cups that you can take home with you to enjoy your chilled Kagabo tea room. I was greedy with my bag on my shoulder and two cups. Dinner is also served at long tables with a movie-like atmosphere. I can't say enough about the care they put into the menu with their name on it. Of course, I still think I'll go out to the extravagant dinner. I wish I had less side dishes and more local vegetables and fruits, and I find myself wishing for even more luxury. I laughed at how much I was able to meditate on the rich menu, thinking that ice cream with chocolate sauce and fruit would be better than pudding. There is a special bath time system, but there is a lacquered bath that looks like a boat with natural hot spring water flowing directly from the source.You can heat it up a little, let the water cool down, and then pour it over your ankles.It feels like an esthetician, and you can take a long bath while looking out at your own scenery, which is so luxurious. まずありえないこと。 ドリンクバイキングのヤクルトが賞味期限切れのものが出されてました。 2歳と4歳の子供が飲んだ後に気付きました。 4日すぎたヤクルトを出すなんて信じられません！ お腹が痛くならないか一日中心配でした。 毎日チェックしません？ヤクルトなんて、そんな長い賞味期限じゃないのに。管理不足。気がつきませんでしたとおっしゃってましたが、それではすまされません。いくら謝られても、信用ありません。 幸いお腹は下してませんが、子供にあげてしまった自分も落ち込みました。 以後評価 到着の際、温かくお迎えとは程遠い感じでした。 門の前に立っている従業員の方のところへ行きましたが、こっちが車をどーすればいいか聞いたらやっと、『車はあっちですよ。』の一言。正直えっと思いました。 その後、受付を済ませ、家族で貸し切り風呂を予約。 4人用貸し切りがやっていないとのことで、2人用を利用。 子供が2歳と4歳のため、壺型のお風呂では危なくて、洗い場も一つしかなく、利用を後悔しました。 その点を教えてほしかった。 部屋はいたって普通。建物は古いですが掃除は行き届いており、ベッドルームは実家を彷彿とさせる家感がありました。 食事は最高。いろいろ温泉に行きましたが、味、量共に1.2を争うくらい満足しました。 ひとつひとつとても丁寧に作られていて、作り手側の思いを感じる食事でした。仲居さんも丁寧に対応していただき、子供への気配りも大変嬉しかったです。 ただし、食事が終わり、帰るときには誰もおらず、調理場ののれんの奥から座りながらガハハと笑い声が聞こえ、少し残念。 食事を終え、部屋に戻ると、玄関に子供の靴が散らかっていて、お布団まだなのかな？と思ったら敷かれていました。 薄い敷布団を2枚重ねただけの体が痛くなる布団でした。 子供が脱ぎ散らかした靴で自分が揃えるのは当たり前ですが、そこは旅館。少しの心遣いで印象がだいぶ変わります。 お風呂。景色がよく、とても気持ち良かったです。シャンプーバイキングや子供用のボディーソープ、化粧水等があり、荷物も減らせました。 露天風呂は熱すぎて入れませんでした。 髪を乾かす場所は整理整頓されていましたが、昭和なピンクのドライヤーにクシやコットンを入れるケースが100均のような安っぽく統一感がありませんでした。 お風呂から帰る際、エレベーターの前が真っ暗で少し怖かったです。節電でしょうか。 久しぶりの家族旅行。楽しい思い出が残念な思い出になりました。 gotoを使っての利用でしたが、正規の値段でまた利用したいと思いません。 何より、子供を安心して泊めることができず残念です。
