The hotel is excellent! So clean and new. It's very close to Tenmonkan, only a few minutes' walk to shops and restaurants. Also, it's conveniently located near a bus stop. If you choose a slightly more expensive room type, you get a private sauna!

The staff were incredibly attentive and the room was spotless. The hotel also has a restaurant on the top floor with amazing views of Sakurajima. Plus, it's just a short walk to Tenmonkan, which is super convenient for transportation and has tons of shops. Honestly, everything was perfect for our wonderful two-day stay! Thank you so much! The room was quite spacious, very new, and clean. The location isn't the best; there's a red-light district between the hotel and the station. It was our first time travelling to Kagoshima and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. There are no keys or cards issued for room access, and all you need is the pin code or QR code. I really like that the room has the essential items that you will need during your stay - microwave, stove, washing machine. The hotel do not do housekeeping on a daily basis but it was all good for us as they do refresh the towels everyday. They also provide a water dispenser and ice machine at Level 1. The location of the hotel is fantastic - bars and food joints are just walking distance away and there is a 7-11 at each end of the street. I would highly recommend the hotel for any travellers.

The hotel's location was decent, especially since we drove there, so I didn't check for any nearby subway stations. There are temporary parking spots right in front of the hotel, but for longer stays, you'd have to use the parking lot across the street, which is a bit of a walk. The lady who checked us in spoke Chinese, so communication was super easy. The room itself was pretty good too. Overall, it was a nice stay.
