We ended up in a magnificent corner room with a view of Sakurajima - possibly the best room in the hotel - but only after a struggle. On arrival, we were told that our Standard King room was double-booked and we would have to move after one night to a smaller room. The hotel blamed the mix-up on Trip.com. Since we had booked almost two months prior and had arrived first, this didn't wash. We pressed our claim and the result was good. A lovely, modern room with exceptional facilities - including a private sauna - and magnificent view.
But it speaks poorly of the hotel's customer service that it took some determined push-back to achieve this result. The hotel's initial attitude was that the we should lose out over a mix-up that had nothing to do with us. A first-rate place, if you can trust the booking.

挺滿意的，在鹿兒島住的比較舒服。洗衣機可烘乾，比較方便。沒定早餐，自己煮的麪。旁邊有大超市有7-11。到巴士站要走一些路，可以接受。房間佈局舒服，有活動空間。沒什麼服務，13樓辦理個入住，基本屬於自助式酒店。孩子很喜歡在酒店裡玩。

各種設施一應俱全 簡單做個飯都沒問題的
洗手間也特別大 還有洗衣機（帶烘乾的）

的確是很温馨很嶄新的一個類似公寓的房間，距離天文通要走七八分鐘吧，樓下就是夜總會一條街，不要太晚回來比較好。樓下有個7-11，斜對面有個本地超市，什麼肉菜新鮮都有，剛好買來用房間的鍋碗瓢盆痛痛快快吃一餐烤肉涮肉，本地的和牛和黑豬肉都好香啊，太爽了！入住和退房全自助，有好有不好吧，好處就是清凈自由，壞處就是下雨天想找人幫忙叫計程車都找不到半個人。打的到鹿兒島中央站大約1000日元。下次有機會還會選擇這家。

Self service type property with no frills service. Staff assisting with checkin was polite and helpful. The room we chose came with a washing machine with dryer function which was super useful on a long trip! Pay to use laundry machines also available in public area. The room also had a kitchenette which we appreciate.
Able to see sakurajima from our windows! But also saw the roof of the building next door 😅. Woke up with a few itchy bites on my wrist, not sure if it wad dustmites. Hope it's not bedbugs!

非常不錯的酒店！強烈推薦這個房型，面積又又大，又有廚房和餐具，又能看到火山景觀，真的很不錯。下次再來鹿兒島還會住！酒店還有付費使用的桑拿房，可以在房間掃二維碼預約，平日7000日元兩個人週末9000日元，希望下次有時間體驗。

Gave us the wrong room at first but then upgraded to a better room on 9th floor, which is nice. Washing machine/dryer is fast and very quiet. We liked the induction cooktop, which makes cooking quite enjoyable. You can see Sakurajima while laying on the daybed. Room is new and clean with high quality interior finish and fittings. Overall it's a very pleasant expereice. The only thing that can be improved is guest education. Kids staying upstairs kept jumping on the floor after 10:30pm. There should be signage reminding people to remain quiet at night time.

Spacious room, modern amenities, unique room card with QR code. Check out using the same QR code.
Only downside is booked 2 months in advance but hotel only to “downgrade” our rooms saying wrong listings in Trip weeks before check-in date. Luckily Trip compensated us on the discrepancy.
