Excellent hotel! The staff were wonderful. The blankets were so soft, and the room had a pleasant, clean scent, plus a small balcony. There's coffee downstairs too. My only minor issue was that I had an allergic reaction to the duvet while sleeping, resulting in some hives on my arms, but it cleared up after I switched to a blanket. That was the only small regret. Everything else was great, the staff were very friendly. Today, they helped me with my luggage and watched me leave in the taxi. Their care for overseas tourists is excellent, and I really love this hotel. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance again.

The staff is very nice. I like a lot this small hotel. The room was very comfy with a lot of amenities. Well located, nlvery close to Tenmonkan, and next to the ferry terminals, I will definitely stay here again when I come in Kagoshima.

Great location with lots of shopping and food. Hotel is new and nice. Parking of cars are convenient too. Just leave it at the entrance unload stuff and check in while the staff do the rest.

The room and the bed were a bit small for us, but the in room bathtub at the terrace was a plus and a rare find at this price. However, there was constantly some smell in the bathroom (probably due to the shower curtain being always damp) and you could see dust visibly accumulated and stains on the wall next to the bed.
