A great choice, just as I expected! I always give five-star reviews out of habit, and being able to use points for a discount made it even better, haha! 👌 Good!

The room was spacious and very clean, and the bathtub was a comfortable touch. We stayed with our kids, and the overall experience was incredibly pleasant! We also appreciated the smooth communication regarding a late check-out so the kids could rest.

This hotel is indeed quite good. The lake-view room location is excellent, and my special requests were thoughtfully accommodated. Breakfast was delicious. It met Sheraton standards. Taxis in Kaifeng are relatively inexpensive, so getting to Wansui Mountain or Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden from here only costs around 20 RMB. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities. Housekeeping did a great job. The front desk staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The hotel's location is excellent, close to both Songchenglu Intercity Railway Station and Kaifeng North High-Speed Rail Station, making travel very convenient.

Great location. The service was very friendly, but the room floor had stains and the bathtub drain was blocked.

This time, the front desk attendant was a polite and gentle young man who proactively upgraded my room. When checking out, as soon as I stepped out of the elevator, another young man immediately offered to take my key card to the front desk for me, saving me a trip. This experience was much better than my last stay. I really hope the hotel continues to train all their staff thoroughly, as it directly impacts the guest experience.

The service here is incredibly thoughtful! Everyone was smiling from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed! The view from the window was also incredibly soothing. It's super convenient to get to the museum and the high-speed rail station. The free tea ceremony performance at the Song Culture Experience Hall on the fifth floor was amazing, and the tea-making experience itself was fantastic. The staff there were so professional and gentle. I'll definitely be back!

Hygiene: Exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless. The bedding and towels felt dry and fluffy, and there were no stains even in the bathroom corners. It made for a very reassuring stay. Facilities: Fully equipped with branded furniture and smart devices. The lighting and soundproofing were excellent, making for a very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The facilities are brand new and high-end, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the separate bathtub makes for a wonderfully relaxing soak. What truly stands out is the attentive and thoughtful service. The front desk staff are warm and professional, proactively recommending local attractions and night markets. Housekeeping is meticulous. Breakfast offers a rich variety, including local Kaifeng specialties like 'Hulatang' (spicy soup) and 'Gangzi Youtiao' (fried dough sticks). The heated swimming pool and gym are well-equipped, ensuring a fantastic experience. It's perfect for both business trips and family vacations, offering exceptional value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kaifeng!

I forgot to take photos, but the size of this family room was really just for show. It was located in a corner of the building, and more than half of the area was taken up by the bathroom, leaving the bedroom quite small. All rooms of this type are in the northwest corner of the building, and directly below is the Wanda Plaza rooftop fan, so the noise was a bit loud. It's quite unusual for a five-star hotel to not have carpet in the bedrooms. The restaurant was tiny, and we had to queue for breakfast. The Ctrip price was more expensive than everywhere else, even more expensive than the hotel's own listed price at the front desk, despite them refunding the difference. They only refunded the difference because I found a cheaper price elsewhere; if you don't find it, you'll just pay more, which really put a damper on my mood. The above is purely my personal experience.
