Excellent stay in a beautiful location - very clean and great hosts

Fabulous place to stay. The view was amazing. Grounds were lovely. Room was comfortable, stylish, and clean. Would have loved to stay longer. Julie is a great host and made us a warm and satisfying breakfast.

The hostess of the inn was very enthusiastic and I had to delay my stay that day. Hit him and he was friendly and offered assistance. The garden grass is very nicely maintained, the view out is excellent, parking is convenient. Close to other attractions, definitely recommend staying.

Environment: The scenery is stunning. There's a well-maintained lawn in front of the house, overlooking the sea. It's very close to the center of Kaikoura. Cleanliness: Clean, and the rooms are also clean and comfortable. Service: The hostess is an elderly woman who prepares a beautiful breakfast: jam, bread, and coffee. The selection isn't extensive, but the presentation is exquisite.

The B&B has a total of five guest rooms. The rooms are very spacious, each with a large bed and a single bed. The bathroom is also very large. The B&B is managed by the hostess Juliet, who also makes breakfast. She also baked delicious cakes and placed them in the guest room for us to enjoy. The B&B has a large garden facing the sea, the best place to watch the sunrise.

The breakfast bread made by Julie is very delicious. The room is clean. There is a beautiful backyard with a direct view of the sea when you open the door. It is also a 5-minute walk to the center of Kaikoura town. It is very convenient to go anywhere.

We arrived in the evening because it was raining heavily, and the landlord was already waiting in the parking lot. The view from the house is quite great. Will stay a few more days next time.

Very nice, facing the snow-capped mountains and the sea, it's beautiful. The host is very friendly, the room is clean and the town center is a convenient 10-minute walk away.

房東人還是不錯的，會送自己烤制的餅乾給顧客，很好吃。早餐豐盛，湖景很美，房間價格是比較貴，但一分錢一分貨。房間沒有廚房，如果在周邊海釣處理海鮮需要到外面餐館。

Superb B&B in a great location. Quiet but close to all amenities. Very comfortable and a great breakfast including fresh fruit, croissants etc. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Bendamere House - everything was spotless and well kept, the property was beautiful, the views onto the sea were gorgeous and Julie and Kerry were fantastic hosts. The homemade shortbread in our room was a lovely thoughtful detail and breakfast was a treat. I would highly recommend booking a stay here.

Stayed here for 2 nights during our road trip around New Zealand. The rooms are so homely and comfortable with great views too, breakfast in a communal area was lovely too. Julie the owner is so welcoming and makes the stay even better, she even makes you fresh shortbread. It’s a short walk into town with plenty of restaurants and a short drive to the seal colony where you see so many seals! We were sad to leave. I would highly recommend this accommodation as you really do get the personal touch. Thanks Julie!
