Brilliant hotel in a very convenient location. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay in Kaili. We especially appreciated the staff's help with finding us a place to enjoy the local cuisine. In addition, the design and decor of the hotel was really beautiful, with lots of attention paid to small details.
I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay and rest in Kaili.

Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)

Absolutely loved it here. The room and design of the hotel was great and the little snacks and breakfast very tasty. The hotel staff offered help and provided sightseeing tips and contacts to local drovers. The hotel has a washing machine for guests use and a lot of space to sit and chill downstairs- inside and outside. Very good experience and would fully recommend.

Excellent service! Everyone was so polite and helpful. The receptionist helped us call our next hotel stay because we didn’t speak Mandarin. The room was clean, well-kept, and everything in the room worked well. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The service on the hotel provided is superb excellent, I would like to specially thanks to "Yang Yang" as she helped me a lot on my needs and enquiries. The breakfast, teatime refreshment and night dessert are nice too, especially for the night dessert, its warmth my heart and stomach after long day trip back to hotel at night.
The hotel is very new, clean and well equipped too! I'm happy with the stay here and highly recommend on this hotel when you travel to Kaili.
