We came with our family. The overall service was great, the gym had all the basic facilities, and the laundry room was also excellent – the attendant would even help you put your clothes in the dryer, and take them out once they were done. The breakfast was quite extensive as well.

I'm so happy with my stay here! The room was spacious and airy, not at all cramped, and spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable and relaxed experience. The service was attentive and warm throughout; the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, with friendly smiles, and you could feel their meticulous care everywhere. The breakfast was the most impressive part – a wide variety of options, including local specialties, all authentic and made with fresh ingredients. There were hot dishes, pastries, and drinks, offering plenty of choices. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. It's perfect whether you're just stopping over or staying for a vacation. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kaili, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I visit.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for a late-night stop during a road trip. It wasn't as bad as I'd imagined from some of the reviews. The lobby is spacious and bright. When checking in, the front desk staff asked about our room preferences before assigning us a room, which was a nice touch. The whole check-in process was quick, and the service was so warm it felt like coming home. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was good. You could also cast to the TV. Breakfast offered a great variety of both Western and Chinese options, catering to many tastes. Overall, it's a very good hotel, and the front desk service was truly exceptional and made us feel right at home! 👍

Parking was convenient for those driving, with a free parking lot, so it's perfectly fine if you're traveling by car. For business trips or layovers, staying here offers great value for money. They even use robots to deliver takeout. I would prioritize choosing this hotel again on my next visit to Kaili.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. As soon as we entered the lobby, a staff member helped us with our luggage and brought us a welcome tea. The check-in process was very considerate, and they even asked if we had any special requests for the room. It was truly, truly thoughtful. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, this one is significantly better. The breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of fresh food. My friend and I tried their local specialty, sour soup noodles, and it was so good that we immediately went to the front desk to buy their local Yumenghong sour soup. Kaili also has many delicious foods and fun places to explore, and the front desk staff were all very helpful and enthusiastic in answering our questions. All in all, highly, highly recommended!

I was quite satisfied, but I wouldn't say it exceeded my expectations. 4 stars felt a bit low, so I gave it a 5-star rating. The hygiene was good, and the facilities were complete. Two pleasant surprises were: ① The shower gel smelled lovely, and I actually used it (we usually bring our own toiletries when we travel and rarely use hotel ones, but theirs was refreshing and not an unpleasant artificial fragrance). ② The breakfast was incredibly rich, with a wide variety of delicious options 👍

When visiting Kaili, I chose to stay at the Hampton by Hilton. The hotel is conveniently located near Kaili South Station, and it's easy to drive to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village from here. They also offer free parking (both above-ground and underground, with charging stations in the underground lot). The front desk staff was efficient with check-in and provided warm and thoughtful service. They even proactively offered tips on local attractions and good restaurants. The room was spotless, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The Serta mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and I highly recommend trying the local sour soup noodles – they taste authentic. The hotel also has a gym and a robot for delivering items, showing great attention to detail. Overall, the value for money is excellent. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are well-maintained. If you're looking for a place to stay when traveling to Southeast Guizhou, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Kaili.
