This hotel is located near Kaili city. The hotel is not small, but the service is really bad. The front desk staff looks like they don't like to see guests. The light in the room I checked into was broken. It either kept flickering or suddenly went dark. After several communications, they didn't give me a good solution. The service is so bad that it can be said that Kaili has been in the dark!

We booked the rooms very early. When we arrived, we got three rooms: one at the end of the corridor, one at the elevator door, and one facing the street. Okay, I understand that housing is tight during the National Day holiday and you will have to clean the room again if you move, but isn't it too much to give you three rooms of such poor quality at once? The price on Ctrip is slightly more expensive than **, but on Ctrip you can redeem free room upgrade, free breakfast, and check in 4 hours in advance! 住過該這酒店很多次，硬件環境衞生價格都很好，就是前台男性服務員服務態度很差，非常差，是我見過的凱里酒店服務行業裏最差的前台客服，建議好好整改。
