機場二十幾分鍾車程到度假村，到附近超市和餐館走路就可以。一整套廚房設施，也有洗衣機和乾衣機。度假村環境不錯，兩個小遊泳池，還有燒烤架。

開門的一瞬間覺得物有所值，有設施齊全的廚房，寬敞舒適的餐客廳，帶獨立衞生間的兩個房間，可以兩個家庭一起入住。美中不足的是主卧衞生間居然有一衹很大的蟑螂屍體。所以衞生不能滿意了。

There is no beach access at this resort--the pictures would seem to show otherwise. The rooms were very nice and had everything you could want, and the rest of the resort was also nice. But once we found that a BBQ didn't work (it was fixed the next day), and plan to have to drive to get provisions unless you are willing to eat at the one restaurant. Although there is a beach within 15 minutes walking, it was not nice at all, so plan to drive to nicer beaches, as well.

Overall, it was good. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Love the location. Far enough from the busyness of downtown. There’s a shopping center nearby too. Close to the beaches in the south. Amenities - pool and tub were great.

The property was quiet and had plenty of parking. The floors in the room were little dirty and sticky, so had to keep the shoes on which we don’t prefer.

The location of the property was nice, as well as the on-site amenities. I would have enjoyed it more if it wasn’t for the fact that our unit smelled very strongly of mildew/mold. When I let them know at the front desk, maintenance was sent down promptly. But the only thing they did was use an industrial room spray to try to cover it up (which didn’t). It made staying in the unit very unpleasant. I asked maintenance if it’s like this in every unit, and he said it’s due to people spending lots of time in the water and coming back with wet gear… which definitely probably contributes to it, but they seem to not do anything to fix it. Another frustrating thing was them not having proper air exchange on the AC, so when that would kick on, it would create a huge vacuum in the unit and slam the doors, which woke our kids up at times. Overall I don’t think we’d stay here again. Waking up to such strong smells made it very unpleasant.

Large comfortable apartment. We felt very comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby. Beautiful beaches can be reached quickly by car.

This was our 2nd stay at Kona Coast. The first time in 2019 with 6 of us and again this year 2023 with family of 6. Great size, location and amenities.
