I was very satisfied with my stay here. The front desk service from Jiabo was excellent, and the hotel's cleanliness was decent. The facilities were very complete, and there were many places to explore. The scenic area itself was beautiful with many performances, and the actors were fantastic. I really loved it here and it's definitely worth a second visit!

The beds were really dirty. My child woke up in the middle of the night covered in red bumps, and my husband and I were also itchy with lots of bites. We couldn't sleep at all; we were all just tossing and turning the whole night. The family room was also tiny. Such a terrible experience... This is my first time leaving a bad hotel review, and honestly, I'll never come back. This was supposed to be a 'thousand-dollar' hotel, but the B&B we stayed at in Taishan the night before was so clean and comfortable, we slept straight through till morning. There's just no comparison.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. There was a loft space where the kids could play, a double bed at the bottom of the loft and then a room with a queen sized bed. Extremely clean and the robes and lego wall was a nice plus. The hotel is at the far end of the resort, but not difficult to get to. Excellent ancient town and great hotel.

Comfortable and reassuring. I heard from the locals that this hotel used to be a department store. It's only a 5-minute walk to the performance venue, and it's much quieter than the bustling city center. I was surprised to find the heated pool open in winter, complete with a slide, bubble pool, building blocks, and books. Our room also had building blocks and books. Our trip felt relaxed and unhurried. The hotel is very photogenic, with beautiful scenery at every turn. Although the hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant (it's a small hotel with only two floors and not many rooms), you can walk two minutes to Meitang Hotel for breakfast, which was quite good.

We had a wonderful stay at the ChaoQi Hotel. After a smooth check-in, a convenient cart picked us up and brought us directly to our room door. The location is incredible, situated inside the Chikan resort where you can find numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions. A great perk was that our stay included entry tickets, giving us the chance to enjoy many of the resort's lively shows. Our room was super comfortable, impeccably clean, and very family-friendly. Our kids especially loved the indoor playground on the ground floor. The buffet breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options, featuring multiple live stations with both Asian and Western choices. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to the Kaiping area.

A wonderful place to visit! The kids had a great time in the ball pit and kids’ room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
