Meet Arcade Building Hotels

The hotel has a charming, retro ambiance and even a small balcony, which I absolutely loved. Its location right inside Chikan Ancient Town is incredibly convenient, with a market just downstairs. What's more, the hotel stay includes admission to the ancient town, and all the performances inside are free to watch. For this price, it's an excellent value for money. My entire family had a wonderful time on this trip! 😃

Even though the price doubled for the holidays and it's not as comprehensive as some hotels with kids' play areas, the hotel's hygiene and facilities are pretty good. The balcony room offers beautiful river views, which is quite pleasant.

The front desk staff, Dong Chao, was genuinely warm and welcoming. Not only did he help me with my luggage, but he also gave me detailed recommendations for local cuisine and sightseeing routes around the ancient town. The room was grand and retro, with excellent natural light, making it perfect for photos.

What a fantastic family-friendly amusement park! The Drama Hotel rooms were clean and tidy, the twin beds were comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent! The hot water supply was abundant and hot enough, and the kids' toothbrushes were a nice touch! The performances were dazzling, the actors were incredibly dedicated and energetic, making the audience feel deeply immersed! The food prices in the scenic area were very reasonable; even though the food street wasn't great, at least you could get a decent meal without leaving the park! Compared to Chimelong, the value for money is just unbeatable! We'll definitely be coming back for a second visit!

The lady at the front desk, Xiaohong, was very professional and efficient, which made for an excellent customer experience 👍. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the decor was fresh and modern with no strange smells, and it offered great value for money.

Ms. Lin Shu-ting provided excellent service. The hotel environment was also great, and the breakfast was abundant. I was really impressed and would highly recommend it!

The hotel is very clean. Although there's no elevator and it's on the second floor, it's still quite convenient. You can watch the 'ding ding' trams pass by, and it's very quiet at night. The beds are large, which is great for groups traveling together.

The room was very clean and the facilities were new, exceeding my expectations. The room size was also very generous.

I'd recommend avoiding this place. There are multiple buildings, and they randomly assign you one. We were told we were assigned to the Ruichang Hotel building. From about 11 PM to 2:30 AM, for a full three and a half hours, the nearby bar's singing was incredibly loud and seriously disturbed our sleep. I tried calling customer service, and they said there was a bar nearby. I asked what time the bar closed, but they didn't give a direct answer, only saying they'd try to communicate with them. They never called me back.
