Meitang Hotel

A hidden gem of a destination with great shows and a beautiful hotel. The front desk upgraded our room, giving us access to a super VIP viewing platform. The kids had a blast, making it a very satisfying trip!

Our stay was excellent! The hotel shuttle, luggage storage, and even a discount on transportation were all arranged perfectly. Any issues we had were promptly resolved. Xiao Tang was incredibly helpful, always following up with us, and keeping us informed. We absolutely loved this hotel; it's beautiful.

The rooms and everything else were great, and they even offered afternoon tea. However, the hotel doesn't have a gym or laundry room, which is really inconvenient. That's a significant drawback, but everything else was good.

The hotel was clean and odor-free, and the decor was quite unique. Breakfast was plentiful, and there were so many activities at the scenic spot that we never felt bored. Definitely recommend it! The rooftop infinity pool is a must-see for Instagrammers.

The service was excellent, and they provided a shuttle. I believe I was upgraded to a balcony room. Both the interior and exterior of the hotel were very nice. The hotel offers a lot of inclusions that make it great value for money, like welcome fruit, afternoon tea, and tickets for the 'Dangdang' sightseeing bus. The breakfast buffet was very generous. I watched two shows, and on my way back, I received VIP tickets. They reminded me to book the fire show, and all performances were fantastic. It's definitely best to stay within the scenic area when visiting here, so you can rest when you get tired. The only drawback was that the room still had a slight 'new renovation' smell.

Both the environment and service were excellent, and the hotel had a really nice design aesthetic. The dinner included in the package was decent, neither amazing nor terrible, especially considering it was inside a tourist attraction. The little gifts for the kids were a lovely touch (sachets, fridge magnets, water guns) and added a lot of fun to our trip. The location was also very convenient, with all the theaters within easy walking distance.

The stay included tickets and breakfast, and we could enter and exit the ancient town multiple times. In the early morning, the town was much quieter without the usual crowds. The ancient town had a rich program of activities. A two-day trip was just right. Highly recommend!
