An absolutely wonderful trip! 💎 Great accommodation and thoughtful staff truly add so much meaning to a journey!!! 🫶🏻 The hotel interior is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with everything you could possibly need, looking as good as new! Huge thanks to the front desk staff! Before our arrival, they provided thoughtful guidance and informed us about the preparations for the Fire Show and various other performances, kindly reminding us of the schedule 💙 They were also so warm and helpful! On our way here, one of us got hurt, and the staff kindly advised us on how to treat the injury and which hospital to visit! We love this place so much! Great employees really make this hotel shine! Once again, a heartfelt thank you to the two gorgeous, gentle, and caring ladies at the front desk who helped us ✨ I will definitely bring my friends here next time!

The room was spacious and the location was excellent, right near the South Gate. Breakfast required a short walk to another building. My child really enjoyed the escape room game included with the hotel stay.

Kaiping Mansion is quite good. Its location near the South Gate is convenient. The housekeeper was also very attentive, promptly answering any questions I had. I booked a duplex this time, and the room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Plus, I could even see fireworks from there, which was a nice experience.

Nanyang style, perfect for family trips. For teenagers who aren't into ball pits or slides, the 'script-killing' game is a great fit. Plus, you can watch the 'Journey Back' fireworks show right from the balcony.

When visiting Chikan, I highly recommend staying within the scenic area. I was very satisfied with this hotel; it's amazing how well an old building can be maintained. The location is also excellent – you see it on your left just after crossing the bridge from the South Gate. The room is spacious and well-equipped, but the key highlight is the superb service. They answered all my questions, and when I was rushing to catch a show, a staff member quickly gave me a bottle of mineral water, which helped me stay hydrated in the sweltering heat. The hotel is also quite close to the 'Guī Tú' performance venue, so you can easily return to rest whenever you get tired. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Next time, I'll definitely stay for a couple more days. Chikan Ancient Town is truly a hidden gem.

Room size: The room is quite spacious, with a sofa and coffee table, making it easy to move around. Room facilities: The basic facilities are complete and meet all needs, and hot water comes out very quickly. Room hygiene: The hygiene was the most disappointing aspect of the entire room. Even the superficial cleanliness was barely maintained to a point where it didn't impact usability. There was a false eyelash stuck to the sink that looked like it had been there for ages, and uncleaned tissues under the sink. Room environment: The location is good, close to the South Gate, making travel convenient, and it's quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. Service: The staff were very responsive, and the travel tips they provided were very thoughtful.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. Although it was a second-floor room facing the street, it didn't affect our rest at all. The 1.8-meter bed we booked was actually larger than 1.8 meters, comfortably accommodating two adults and a 9-year-old child without feeling crowded. The 24-hour butler service was excellent, responding to messages and resolving issues promptly. For the price, including tickets, especially on Mid-Autumn Festival day, it was a great value.
