Beyond our expectation and very underrated!
Staff very polite and helpful. They helped us to order taxi, using washing machine and even let us use her phone to contact our relative in Kaiping.
Room is very clean and modern. It has microwave, dishwasher and stove in the room. Room is futuristic! All can be controlled by button. Curtain, speaker, lamp and aircon.
They have a laundry room as well and very cheap.
Overall we liked it and enjoy our stay so much! Also it was easy to get around and find restaurants as their location is very strategic! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I rarely leave a review during my stay but this hotel deserves it!

Exceptional apartment style rooms that is convenient and ofter all the amenities and tools you will need as a home away from home. Our one bedroom suite had on-suite washer and dryer (even hotel's at Hangzhou didn't have dryers), disher washer, fridge, and full stove/oven. All the dishes and detergent were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping even did my dishes on days I left them in the sink! This hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Kaiping and most things are within a short walking distance. I found this hotel after having stayed at and leaving another that was unacceptable. TingFeng Hotel staff was in the middle of giving their fourth floor a deep clean and I was able to witness first hand their pride of stewardship of this hotel. Not only did Reception ensure we had the exact room to meet our needs but they went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special shout out to the exceptional leadership and great attitude of Cindy at the front desk. I was accompanying my elderly mother back to Kaiping to visit family and have not been back in Kaiping for over 20 years. Along with many of the other concierge staff she help to arrange much of our itinerary while in Kaiping. We felt very safe and secure with her reliability and responsiveness to our needs. Thank you, Cindy! You are truly exceptional and your level of service can be set as bar for any five star hotel world wide.

Very good hotel, rooms are cheap, clean, big and comfortable. Bed is soft, many pillows. Room has washer, dryer, kitchen, fridge, very good for longer stays. Location is good, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Choose a suite with 2 single beds
But the carpet is really dirtier than before!

I stayed at Lavande every time I came back. I heard from the front desk that Qingfeng is also owned by their boss, so I came here to try it out. The rooms are larger than those at Lavande, and the supplies are the same. The only thing they don’t have is an aromatherapy machine. The Lavender aromatherapy machine in Lavande’s room. It was really a good sleep! It would be great if Qingfeng also has it in the future! I will choose Qingfeng Hotel Apartment next time I come back. I hope you will do better and better!
