"1. The air conditioner in the room we stayed in was not working. The waiter was very perfunctory on the first day and brought us an electric fan. After searching for a long time on the second night, the hotel manager came to check and replied that the air conditioner was not blowing. Some customers complained that the sound of the air conditioner was too loud, so the airflow was turned down. Let me ask: If the air conditioner is set at 18 degrees Celsius, even if the airflow is turned down, will two people in an 18-square-meter room be so hot that they sweat? ? ? 2. In response to this problem, the hotel manager was gesticulating in the room and sounded like a quarrel. He thinks that we are foreigners, so it doesn’t matter if we speak German, right? 3. We want to change hotels, but the feedback is non-refundable. Which hotel's air conditioner is broken and you can't believe that it is not the hotel's own problem? I'm afraid this room will no longer be open to the public a long time ago. Very poor experience"

"My stay happened to be during the heatwave of June 2026. It was 40 degrees but the hotel doesn't have AC. I emailed them beforehand to ask about AC, hotel replied they have air ventilation system that regulates airflow. This wasn't even true. There's no air outlet in the room (suite). However the hotel did leave a fan in the room, which was helpful. The fan broke on the 2nd night. But fortunately the next morning a very helpful gentlemen (probably from the hotel maintenance team, there's no front desk or customer facing team on site) brought a new fan. The suite itself is very clean, brand new and large. Just maybe think twice if you are booking for summer. I also have to mention Trip.com has an excellent customer service team. They called me shortly after I left a message for the hotel, and they kept calling the hotel on my behalf. I'd definitely Trip.com just for the fantastic service."

"Hotel Heymann was outstanding choice for a one night visit to Kaiserslautern to explore the town, enjoy a delicious dinner, and take in a football match. The property is on the edge of the pedestrian zone and has a small private parking area. The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated with comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast was the highlight! You start with juice, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. Then the manager/host asks what kind of coffee you prefer, then he brings out a beautifully presented plate of meats, cheeses, and vegetables and a basket of breads- all served in an airy welcoming room with windows on all sides and beautiful potted flowers in the windowboxes. If going to Kaiserslautern you dont need to check out any other properties."
