The room is clean, and the breakfast is good, but there are several plugs that are dysfunctional in the room. Overall, good stay.

staying 2 nights here for work meeting. no pool, but there is bangi wonderland nearby. you can let your kids play at the playground walkable distance from hotel. Breakfast not much of option considering weekdays, hence not much of crowd. room not really sound proof, i can hear cutlery clinking every morning (1st level room, just above the cafe)

As I had to attend a function at BACC, this hotel is one the most convenient one other than Le'genda since it is walking distance ie. right in front of the cinvention centre. The hotel is not very well maintained. Drainage in bathroom was slow hence water accumulated quickly when showering.

Just for 1 night stay ..transit for flight tomorrow... Remote no battery.. housekeeping take long time to solve or send any stuff as ask..but hotel overall comfortable for staying

Location is good to me just as I was going to Bangi avenue convention centre. Otherwise it is quite far away. Breakfast doesn’t worth with the top up price. Suggested to pay for room only.

Service is good. Concierge ready to assist. Facilities is okay. Ironing board is stationed on the corridor outside. Please change the iron board. The food is okay. Not much of variety though (breakfast). Breakfast start on 7 till 10 am. The bathroom is quite small. No indicator of hot and cold water. It is not convenience for older guest like my parent.

Hot water not functioning at all. Should provide iron in every room . Can further improve so that customers will come again and again.

Room is ok and clean. TV remote not working so we use manual button on tv. The mini bar in the room is not working although power on. The lobby is nice and have good lighting. Hotel surrounding is great for relaxation with kids or friends. Will come again next time.
