Le'Venue Hotel Reviews

My stay at this Hotel was decent, but it had a few areas that need improvement. On the positive side, the location is excellent—it is right next to the Bangi Convention Center and within walking distance of several great restaurants. The front desk staff was also polite and efficient during check-in. The hotel has great bones and an excellent location, but management really needs to invest in modernizing the facilities to justify the current rates.

The location is near Bangi Avenue Comvention Center. It is within walking distance from the venue. Check in was smooth as there was no queue. Cleanliness is average. So is the service.

The room was spacious and bed is comfortable . however u have to request the reception for toothbrush and sandals. It is not match with the hotel price and my room has leaking problem when heavy rain , please kindly revise the room service and amenities .

Great location, nice and clean room, but limited pillows. The wardrobe was a bit old. There's no iron in the room; it's outside. However, I hope the hotel can replace the iron, as it was very difficult to get clothes smooth, even after dampening them and ironing multiple times. A steam iron would be much appreciated! 😁

Excellent 👍 and there are restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

Location: Great location, with many restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Room: Spacious and comfortable. However, the room did not provide hand towels or a floor towel/bath mat, which was a bit inconvenient.

Overall is good. Staff is helpful, she attend to us immediately and address our inquiry. Very near to BACC which is the reason we book it. Thank you for the service.

Overall okay. Very near BACC, can get there by walk. Lots of parking lots.

Overall ok suitable for someone trip at bangi wonderland , recommend

It's not bad. Good enough for a one-night stopover. It's just a bit boring because there's no pool for kids. Breakfast is just okay too.

not connected with public transport so have to rely on Grab if not driving here...if drive here, got complimentary parking for hotel guest but need to scan in with TnG. Hotel looks clean and new. Hotel more for business traveller not for leisure as no gym, no pool. Room having split air cond unit which takes long to cool down. No toothbrush/toothpaste/slipper provided. Breakfast is simple with limited local and western choices. Convention center, 3 supermarkets, eateries, restaurants, water theme park, fast food outlet are all within walking distance.

I had high expectations because it was a newly built hotel. The surrounding area was pleasant, but the room was so dirty. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom, and the air conditioner was caked with dust. It was so bad that I just wanted to go home immediately. Even the towels were in such poor condition they were practically rags. Urgent improvements are needed. I will never stay there again.

The check in was a total disaster as the registration counter was only open at 3pm sharp and almost 50 people at the queue simultaneously as everybody is attending the same event. Nobody was allowed to register early eventhough we do know that thecroom might not be ready yet but atnleast it can prevent the long queue. After an hour plus we managed to get our room key . And yet only to discover our bathroom (shower cubicle) drainage was clogged with a brownish fluid came out from the drainage. Even the kettle was not washed properly with a blackish staining in the inside. In conclusion , our stay was miserable🫩

Stayed here twice and this is my second time. The room is huge and comfortable. Affordable yet spacious. Really suitable for business purpose as the television doesnt have lots of channels. My kids will definitely complain about this if they come here🤭 overall the hotel is good for us who come for business purpose
