土地勘が無いため、駅の周辺も賑やかではない方向で、少し寂しく感じました。
反対側には飲食店もありましたが、電車に乗って二駅ほど先の西掛川まで移動して食事を取りました。

部屋が臭くて眠れなかった…
エアコン、バスルーム(トイレ)とにかく臭くて、部屋中が清掃されていない公衆トイレの不衛生な臭いで腹が立ちました
おまけに無料駐車場スペースに空きがないと
だったらコスト的にも他のホテルにするべきでした
次に利用することはないでしょう

Hotel.comで予約しました。当日チェックインの時に車のナンバーを記入する時に駐車場は予約制と言われました。予約の時にはそんな情報入れるところは無かったので、注意が必要です。アメニティが室内に無くフロントの近くにありましたが、その説明がなかった。
室内に部屋着が無いのでコレも注意。
トイレの排水の音がかなり大きい。
シャワートイレが使えない。
朝食を600円で注文しましたがシャボかった。
プレートのたまごが不味く、食べている途中で
食欲が無くなりパンを残した。

布団に横になったらあちこち痒くなるし。
ホテルに一階の部屋って…価格が安いから？
2度と利用しないです。
全国あちこちのホテルに泊まってますが、当然その中にはスマイルも有ります。
人生で一番最悪です。

アメニティも充実していて、バストイレも清潔で良かったです。スマホの充電器も借りれたのはありがたかった。タクシーの手配も深夜にもかかわらず迅速にしていただきました。色々と迅速、柔軟に対応してもらい、快適に過ごせました。また利用したいです。
