Not as much as luxurious for the money we spent and the provisions are not suited for the 7 star hotel. The atmosphere and surroundings are not with friendly environment. My overall experience is SATISFACTORY with this Hotel . Recommended for Official visit purpose.

My room was so nice and huge, with a lovely bed, and a big screen TV. Enjoyed my stay every bit. Attended a function at their ballroom, which is really grand. Tasty food, good service, young but well trained team. Reception staff was always smiling and helpful. They assisted by arranging local transport and finally airport drop. Will be back again soon.

Svenska Kakinada has a lovely location away from all the traffic and pollution of Kakinada town, yet close to all the major commercial areas, including the port, airport, railway station and SEZ. Even the best shopping area of Kakinada (SRMT Mall) is walking distance away. They have wonderful staff, who are very eager to please and their food & beverage are also excellent and very reasonably priced. I got a fabulous deal for the room and really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend as by far the best hotel not just in Kakinada but entire Andhra Pradesh.

This review is purely for their food, restaurant and not for the rooms and other amenities. I went there with my family for dinner just to try something new as I've experienced most of Kakinada restaurants. The restaurant area is a open hall with high ceilings, the a/c was not turned on but the staff tried to switch it on when we arrived there, it is a poor idea to have restaurant in an open area with high ceilings as there is no way we can feel the a/c, the staff tried to give us seating underneath the ceiling vents so that we can get some a/c, they have turned on a couple of pedestal fans for our comfort. The food is not at all good but it is very expensive, even the portions are too small, another family turned away after finding us in the middle of the hall with fans, the only thing that was positive for us was, there were absolutely no one else other than us on the night so the service was relatively quick. There is no way I will ever go there for food, it is located in an industrial area.

If U r planning a trip to KKD & Yamam I refer this hotel . And Yes if u wish to have High living standards They have awesome room service. They give you good breakfast. They give you nice lunch. You get comfy room. You get to see beautiful pool with scenic city beauty.

Very good services; excellent facilities; brand new hotel; well located in a quiet enclave; convenient for all the key business locations in Kakinada; amongst the first hotels when driving from Vizag or Rajahmundry; close to the best mall of Kakinada; convenient for both Kakinada station as well as Samalkot, from where I frequently took trains for visiting areas. Food is good and reasonably priced. Staff is warm and friendly. Rooms are very spacious and overlook nice greenery.

Located in a very quiet and peaceful location off the main highway, Svenska Kakinada is a lovely hotel. Very modern and trendy, the rooms are ultra-spacious and equipped with all the luxuries expected in a 5-star. Given the size of their rooms, it used to take a little while to cool them after putting the key tag and I had provided that feedback during my previous visit. And what a fabulous surprise I got when on the most recent visit, I found that they had installed a ceiling fan, which quickly circulated the cool air and made the room instantly comfortable even during the hot Kakinada summer weather. This gave me a clear signal that this hotel chain actually listens to its customers and acts on the feedback. Well done and keep up the services.

Truly a luxury 5-star hotel, located in a quiet industrial park, just 1km from Kakinada’s main shopping, dining & entertainment destination of SRMT Mall. They have an amazing infinity swimming pool on the rooftop, ***** with a well-equipped fitness centre ***** with a gaming zone with recreational & sporting facilities. Their rooms are really spacious, with huge TV and all the amenities expected in a 5-star, including tea-coffee maker, electronic safe, minibar, and excellent TV channels on large flat screen 4K hi-res. They offer butler service in all rooms and though it took a little while for in room order to be delivered, but the quality of the food is excellent. The prices are also reasonable, both for the rooms as well as F&B . Strongly recommend this gem of a hotel, which is leagues ahead of any other property in Kakinada.

Excellent food and nice service and well furnished furniture and nice system and enjoyed a lot with everyoneand nice lighting sysytem and liked everything and very happy that i choose that place over there and I didn’t regret it all ver there

Not surprised that Svenska chose Kakinada for their latest property as the town attracts travellers from all over the world as its a major hub for oil & gas exploration in South Asia. Located in a very quiet industrial enclave, Svenska Kakinada is just 5mins drive from the best shopping mall and multiplex, as well as very conveniently located to access both Vizag and Rajahmundary airports, as well as the port and SEZ. Strongly recommend this fabulous hotel!

I have now stayed here on and off for a year, and it's got better recently . I am sure as have brought back old staff and also have more and more foreigners staying and knowing what they want and to what standard. The hotel staff now can not do enough for you and also make my stay anyway as good as it could be. The hotel restaurant food is great, and usually, the happy bubbly girl Shriya is there to service you and works very hard to keep all correct. If you have any issues with room, etc, which I don't have now, Sonny and mani tell you to call them at any point , it's a lot better feel to the place. The rooms are for sure the best around,very spacious and to a high standard. Well done, svenska team

I tried this new hotel and ended up staying for over a month as it's several notches above GRT Grand Kakinada, which used to be the best hotel in Kakinada till Svenska Design Hotel Kakinada opened up few months ago. True to its name, Svenska brings very interesting design flourishes to its hotel, with vibrant colours and trendy concepts. They seem tightly staffed, but service is still exceptional. Food took some time to get delivered to room, but was excellent in taste. Front office team is small but very efficient. Internet was fast and no complaints about the in-room entertainment options. Best part is their huge base category room, with very comfortable bed and really nice attached bathroom with fabulous rain shower. This will be my go-forward home in Kakinada for all my forthcoming trips. Well done and keep it up!

Stayed here for one night before my journey home. Really nice hotel, only a few months old. Rooms are immaculate and very clean. Bed was really comfortable. Food was ok. Only complaint was the noise at night. There’s wastelands at the back of the hotel and the feral dogs go nuts during the night howling and barking. Staff were pretty friendly and helpful.

I was just didn't expect that there'll be a 5 star hotel in Industrial area And it was awesome 👌🏻 The staff and the front desk is very quick responsive 👍🏼 The ambiance is luxurious and every where we can see the grandeur of the hotel And the food tastes very good the cheifs are also very positively responded if there're any small modifications for us Room is very spacious and luxurious with good features and the wifi is very fast it helped me to attend my online meetings without any connectivity issue
