The ambience of Hotel is fabulous. All the staff are extremely well behavior, specialy Smriti. The balcony view is also good. Rooms are neat and clean. Morning complementary breakfast lot of options. A clear Kanchanjangha view from Roof terrace will be a added advantage

(From Haryna visiting Gangtok) Nice hospitality by smriti, delicious food by Kundan chef. Definitely better than mount conifer(Darjeeling). Great service and clean rooms made our stay wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation!

Its an amazing hotel with best service.Smriti and Mandeep and Kundan chef were the best staffs with humble and kind gesture. Highly appreciate and recommend. The scenery here is also very beautiful. If you visit Kalimpong, do visit and have this wonderful, pleasant experience.

Breakfast was too good and well maintained menu. We called the chef, his name is Kundan, we just appreciated his cooking. Staffs were well mannered and taking care of each and everything. One staff named Smriti was too good with her hospitality and duty, taking care of all guests within the table also and towards the kids. We just loved each and everything and request all to visit once here.

Smriti, Mandeep, Rezbul, Chef Kundan are superstars of this hotel as you will find these people in the restaurant. Smiling and caring for all guests is their biggest attribute. The energy in service is great and also they make sure you have a comfortable experience at restaurant. The Front office team also is very kind as they have helped us to change our Tv as it was not working within few minz.

Good location and rooms are spacious. No Elevator at this property. The extra bed was a mattress on the floor. Staff is not very helpful. We were denied something as basic as ketchup saying they have run out of it. Service is on the slower side.

Excellent hotel with good service and good staff.Location is also near the main market. It’s really nice experience here !! The amazing view here in terrace and the breakfast was awesome with lots of options,The arrange for travelling also.

Visited with my family in the month of June.The best experience we had overall with staff and F&B .. the morning bf is awesome with a lot of options .. my special thanks to Mr.Kundan (Head Chef) and Ms.Smriti (Steward) .. all the best .I would recommend dis place with family or friends ..

The hotel is really good, everyone here is very polite including Smriti, Kundan and Mandeep. The hotel staff has Amazing hospitality and the hotel has a wonderful ambience. Looking forward to coming back here whenever we come back to Kalimpong
