The property was great and well managed. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The food was delicious , both the breakfast and the dinner items . Miss Pratiksha served us very well. Only the permanent stains on the tiles in the bathroom should be removed.

Please Install Air Conditioners.. property, Service, Staffs everything is excellent but the climate was humid and hot.. didn’t feel like a hill station.. Rooms were all non AC

Surprisingly enjoyed the drive to Kalimpong. Warm welcome at reception, check in was efficient, hotel well maintained. Fairly decent wifi connectivity, Room was large overlooking the balcony, without a AC, however didn’t feel the need, the temperature is cool. Stayed for 3 nights, room housekeeping complete, and maintained. Beds surprisingly were with good mattresses & pillows, TV functional, Tea, coffee & amenities functional & adequate. Staff across services courteous & helpful, housekeeping (Penuka & Nikita), Reception & Restaurant well receiving. Well maintained outdoors, overall a pleasant stay. Improvement Suggest avoidance of religious bhajan music played in the evening.

Our trip to The Fortune Resort, Kalimpong took place in the 2nd week if June. Our stay can be called excellent with exceptional service across the days. Special mention to Pratiksha, for her attendance during the stay. Compliments to the chef, Razi Gomes for the dining experience.

We stayed for 2 days. Enjoyed the room,. swimming pool and restaurant a lot. Breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing. The best we've ever had. Staff was extremely friendly. Room amenities was good too. The valley view from pool and garden was beautiful. I would highly recommend this property for your family vacations.
