This place turned our vacation into a nightmare. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. After traveling a long distance to get to the hotel, we were given a different room than what we had booked. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a strong bad smell from the bathroom. When we complained, they gave a childish excuse that it must be from the previous guests cooking. We decided to ventilate the room, hoping the smell would go away. Besides that, the room was not clean. The kitchen counter was sticky, and there were ants everywhere. After spending some time at the beach, the real nightmare began after the shower. Sewage from the toilet backup flooded the bathroom. When we showed the issue, they said it might be because previous guests had thrown something in the toilet, and they had never encountered such a problem before. They attempted to fix it by opening the drain with a chemical product. The room, which was supposed to be a place of relaxation, only provided us with problems. They told us it would be manageable for the night, and we would be moved to another room the next day, but there was no guarantee we wouldn’t face the same issues. By then, our vacation had already been ruined. We left to have something to eat and returned after about two hours to find the drain had overflowed again, and the dirty water had spread throughout the entire room, ruining our belongings. We checked out and spent the night trying to find another hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs; it does not deserve the money spent or its current rating.
