Great location, had a room with a view of the harbor, beds were ok, lobby and reception were good, cleanliness and service in the breakfast restaurant were bad, dirty tables, no clearing and cleaning of the tables and !!! CHAIRS !!!

Excellent located near city centre. Good parking, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Nice with a fridge in the room aswell. Tv Channels could have an update though. Close to everything really . Gym and pool aswell.

I had reay good experience staying there. There was friendly and helpful stuff and tasty breakfast. Location played crucial role in my planning because it is next to city center where it is close to every interesting place.

The bed we had in our room was like an hammock and the rooms and the breakfast room is very undated. The quality of breakfast isn’t what a First hotel normally have. Friendly staff but this hotel has seen better days.

Everything was great, nice room, friendly staff, nice pool, great location, great breakfast, free coffee and tea in the lobby, generally I loved it and best price for great value and I highly recommend this hotel!

Helpful Service. Good breakfest with many sorts of food and beverages. Fresh fruit and warm wafles. Room big with nice view. Beds are comfortable. Near to the Center of Kalmar and the central station.

The hotel is old and in need for great renovation. If you want to keep captivating guests, you really need to invest in refurbishing the unit. It could also be more clean and maybe smell better (not that it had a bad smell, but it wasn’t good either).

Paid 1911kr for a horrible room. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely avoid and stay somewhere else. - Bathroom smelled bad and moldy and was warm and humid. Vent wasn’t working. Cheap old shower curtain that had disgusting residue along its bottom. - The pillows were small, thin and lumpy. - Floor was absolutely worn from years of use. The room overall was worn and unsanitary. We’re absolutely not a picky family but this was a ~700kr hotel range. We paid 2000. Inexcusable.
