It was nice to have a bath and a space to cool off on the top floor. The location is right next to the station, which is good for train-seekers, but dinner on Sunday night was a bit of a problem. The breakfast buffet also had a variety of local dishes, which I was very satisfied with. 😊

This is my second time staying here. It's very convenient, just a 30-second walk from Kamaishi Station. The large public bath was average. I wish there was a sauna. The breakfast was delicious.

Thank you for always providing courteous service and a clean room. I spilled some food during breakfast, but the hotel staff noticed right away and I was able to continue eating comfortably. Thank you for your wonderful service.

There are few parking lots and it is difficult to find the location. I wish the public parking lot would be included in the price of my stay. There were hardly any restaurants nearby, so it would be nice if there was one inside the hotel.

酒店就在釜石站外，不論是從三陸鐵道還是JR線，都可以在1分鐘內抵達，酒店附近有一座大超市，在不太晚的時候可以滿足日常購物需求，但如果是很晚的時候，周邊便利店需要走10分鐘，就衹有酒店自己的自動販賣機或是大堂旁邊的小賣部了。房間面積不小，有單獨的衣帽區域，佈局就是典型的日本商務酒店的佈置，住起來夠用舒適。大堂布置温馨，有當地產的冰激凌販賣。大浴場在頂樓，附有一個休憩的露台和屋外的泡池。早餐很豐盛，有很多當地產的食材供應，味道和賣相很有食慾。大堂還有銀河鐵道之旅等圖書供借閲，很遺憾SL銀河已經不再開行，這可能也是黃金週期間房價也沒有很高的原因吧。總的來説是很超值的住宿體驗。

職員十分友善，可能我到達時訪客不多，在出示護照後他們早已準備好一砌。 位置很好，就在車站傍邊。對面的市場也有不同類型的食店。 停車場也在傍邊 *停車場不太顯眼，就是豐田租車門前的幾個位。

酒店服務非常好，尤其是接待員高安小姐，她態度良好，笑容滿面，令人賓至如歸。我需要用酒店提供的洗衣機清洗衣服，但上一手客人的衣服仍然留在洗衣機內，高安小姐知道後，立即安排收取了上手客人乾淨的衣服，並在洗衣機前貼上通告告知。並且非常友善地教導我們怎樣用洗衣機。
