The room was clean and had air conditioning. The water pressure was average but the hot water was sufficient. Breakfast included cereal, bread, and very basic eggs and sausages; it was acceptable for a simple meal to fill up. Parking was convenient, and the location was close to the city center.

Great experience. There was a complimentary welcome bag with 2 Kirkland water , Pringles chips and mini cookies .

Worst hotel Blood stains on towels , carpets are stinky, no lake near by so no view. Buffet have just eggs Best western right opposite to hotel is way way better

Choose this hotel cos it was pet friendly and can have 2 adults with a kid together. However, the set up of the hotel , parking we didn't like very much and the maintainence was not good due to long ago renovated.

Decently clean but there were some mysterious stains that were visible in the room... great location and beautiful views tho.

The room was spacious and very clean, the bedding was comfortable, the hotel's surroundings were great, the breakfast selection was plentiful, the breakfast room was artistically decorated, and the receptionist was handsome and provided excellent service.

A clean hotel for one night on the way to Jasper, in a decent location.

The room is relatively large, spacious and bright, with complete facilities.

This hotel is really terrible. I booked two nights on Ctrip and they asked me to cancel the order. I booked at their front desk. There was an old lady with white hair at the front desk. She was very strange and unfriendly. She asked me to cancel the order and told me that their hotel did not receive the order and told the third-party platform that it was me who wanted to cancel the order. Finally, I had to swipe my card at the front desk to book the last two nights. The facilities of this hotel are very old. Only one building has new facilities. I stayed in the old building on the first night. The toilet was shaking. There was also a very strange smell in the room. When I checked out, the old lady with white hair was not there. It really refreshed my perception of white people.

Overall, it's an average Motel. It's okay for a temporary stay while in Kamloops. The guy at the front desk has a good service attitude. It's close to TRU. I chose an accessible room. It's large in size and has a swimming pool and fitness equipment.
