Sandman Inn Kamloops

Place just for sleeping. No breakfast provided. However, Denny is just next door. Nice that the air conditioning was already turned on before you arrive.

Perfect I enjoy staying

We stay at this Sandman several times a year. It is close to our son’s home, clean and well kept and the staff is lovely. We will be back in two weeks 🙏

The window had a stick of wood in it for security, I didn’t feel exactly safe, I was on ground floor I’m pretty sure sandman could afford locks

My father was dying and has now died. I was trying to book a room at the hotel my family was staying at and booked the wrong sandman. I and my family had no idea there were multiple sandman’s in Kamloops as that seems odd. I asked to be refunded from ******* and was told they could only do a partial refund and Patricia at the sandman could choose to refund the other portion. I reached out over messaging and called and never received anything back. Not even a note. I’m extremely upset mainly because I was met with no understanding or sympathy for my current situation. So, not only has my father past away but I now have to deal with this instead of being able to grieve

Tiny tiny beds. Supposed to be double beds but my husband and i couldnt fit in the bed and were not big people. The whole room was small and tight. Didnt like being in the basement either fir the pet rooms

Very basic hotel. The bedsheets were not very clean, the mirror above the sink has seen better days, the bathtub looked dirty, and the drain was not working properly.
