Hello, GCH it was a greatful to be in such a wonderful, aminous, and ever green hotel The view of the hotel is very nice and the location is stragically good , the bamboo restaurant,pool side and silver city restaurant are good The services are perfect most especially from guest relations Lovista , she so was good in directing people into there right meeting rooms. It has pleasure to be here at golf course hotel , the view ,the bamboo restaurant and pool side where u get fresh air I have liked the place . The services are so good, the rooms are so tidy, clean and fresh always . The work shop rooms are also tidy the people who serves are so smart , clean and professional, most expecialy Ms Lovista , she has been so nice and helpful to us asking us feed backs, we grateful to her and her services. The experience was great though two things to work on one the internet is very poor and microphones are really not good the food was delicious 🤤 and the air conditioning system so great and customer care services on point 👉

Decent refurbishment was done at this hotel, that is in a superb location. Staff need more training on international customer experience standards to for more efficient service. Also, the internet can be better, especially for big groups.

My recent work conference at Golf course hotel exceeded all expectations, from the attentive staff to excellent dining options. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a classy hotel experience.

Great stay at the Golf Course Hotel! Beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere. The meeting hall was serene and our "handler" Catherine, was very prompt. The only drawback was unreliable WiFi. #Hospitality

The hotel is right in the city center.service was good.food at revolving was nice. I did attend a revolving restaurant is a experience initself.it was amazing to revolve and eat. Recommend it for others
