Very clean,the customer service was awesome from reception date to departure.The environment is full of trees🥰if you are in love with nature.not far from Airport,it's about 30/45 minutes drive away.not far from the city either with amenities so close.I only missed on swimming since there were functions on on both days and very busy especially the swimming pool area.All in all.a perfect place to stay.

Food is really tasty, good value and good portions. We had so much that I had to take some home! Lovely atmosphere and staff are really cheerful and helpful too!

It’s a very good hotel with a conducive environment and breath taking view plus the services are very nice Plus I liked the way the workers know how to handle the customers and they are very kind also as amatter of fact it’s the best hotel have ever been to so far

Hotel La Venna is a good hotel that provides good accommodation to customers, it has customer care, good swimming pool and a good and cool environment. We really enjoyed the place and we wish to go back to that place because it was amazing. So those who never knew that that's a place we all get freedom and refreshments.

This was the best hotel for us, my friends and i we really enjoyed the smiley welcome in the place, we were served in time, enjoyed the natural nature beauty of the place, parking was provided and our cars were all well kept, thank you so much for the good service provided, seriously we can't wait to come back again and again❤️

I highly recommend this place....my husband and I had booked our stay late last year and actually deposited but failed to make it because of a sick child. The Hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to come this year...so we did and am glad to say we enjoyed our stay. The staff welcoming...the Hotel is very clean and the general experience was above our expectations. We enjoyed relaxing outside our room at the pool area and had a delicious meal(fish)...I must say they have a good chef... Vanessa their receptionist is amazing ensured we had an amazing holiday... Thank you Hotel La Vena.... I will recommend you to all my friends and clients. Mrs. Makanga

The buffet is great, the staff are great and serve with a smile. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would gladly go back. Please try the special fish and they have the best pizzas in town. Recommend
