Stayed on level 3. The room was not clean, the floor of the room seemed to have not been swept. The path to the room also had a pile of garbage and food waste that smelled. Management and housekeeping need to be more careful to ensure cleanliness and the hotel's image is guaranteed. The hotel seems to have just been taken over and rebranded.

Easy to deal with and allowed to check in even though it's not time yet. The room is neat, clean and there is a space for prayer, but it smells a bit. Everything else is OK.
