The hotel is really big and the staff are very good service mind and friendly. Better than I was expected . The room is better than the photo while I was booking.

This is a premium hote, with high levels of service.
The staff are friendly and happy to help.
Brunei is a call and peaceful location to take a rest and the beds at the Empire are some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. (We accidentally napped for quite a long time here)
The food at the hotel restaurant 'Pantai' is good, but not great value.

Nice place to stay a whole day.When you go to the hotel,you should use taxi app,Dart.I wait a bus but it didn’t appear 1 hour. I gave up to use the bus and call taxi on the app.You can call a taxi from the hotel but it is more expensive than dart app.

Room is a little old. Stayed for a night, 2 nights would be better to explore the whole resort.

Fantastic sunset and sunrise views. Stayed at Ocean View Block and thus enjoy nice sea views during the stay. Very spacious room, with little Pail and brush and washing powder and drying rack is provided at balcony. Microwave oven and good free mini bar which is replenished everyday. Lots of facilities like bowling, ball games, cinema etc. Polite and helpful staff. Food wise is average.
