The best place to stay in Kampot! The value for money is mind blowing. Rooms are like a 4 star hotel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. 😊

The room was small, but very bright as it had a window and a glass door onto the shared balcony. A nice bathroom with rain shower and normal shower attachment. There's a kettle and (3 in 1) coffee and tea, as well as hanging rail and desk and chair provided. However no fridge. The hotel feels new inside and also has a lift. There are good views from the rooftop. There is a restaurant next door that opens from 6AM for basic Khmer breakfast (rice with pork was good quality), and possibly lunch only. There were one or two western breakfast options - eggs and bacon - but didn't try. Would stay again.

I can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far in Cambodia. It’s located in a very central area, within walking distance to the main attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly and cools the room very well. There is a smart TV with internet access, and it runs smoothly without any issues. The reception staff are professional and helpful. They clearly know what they’re doing and are always ready to assist. The hotel also provides motorcycle parking. At night, security takes the motorcycles inside and places them back outside in the morning, which I really appreciated from a safety perspective. There is an elevator in the building, which is convenient. This is my second stay at this hotel, and they even recognized me upon check-in. Although check-in is officially at 2 PM, they kindly gave me my room at 12 PM. Hot water is available with no problems. My room also had a balcony, which is great if you want to step outside and get some fresh air. Both the room itself and the bathroom are quite spacious. The price is also very reasonable. Honestly, under these conditions, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in the Kampot area. If you’re looking for a clean, reliable, centrally located hotel without unpleasant surprises, I highly recommend staying here.

+ Nice and big room and bathroom, good wifi, tv with netflix. Good location also. - No fridge, bed is very hard and not confortable, boy a reception tried to give me a room without balcony (5 usd cheaper that the one i've buyed!)

Middle of all the bars. Not very clean outside. Rooms are good. Restaurant downstairs. Customer service is good. Parking on the street but has good security.

The hotel is simple but does the job. The rooms were clean, the location is very convenient, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay. It offers good value for the price and is a solid option if you’re looking for a basic, affordable place to stay.
