It’s a family friendly place to stay in. For that price, l will overlook other things. The bathroom smell is another thing.

Its a cute Hotel with friendly stuff a Bit outside of town. You should be aware that there IS no hot water which we didnt know before.

Good price and benefits. It is balanced. Not bad have time will come back

This hotel is okay. I found the location to be good and just a short walk to the main busy areas. The young lads who work there are lovely and always greet you when entering or leaving which is lovely. Where this place fell short for me was I had a leak in the bathroom. The water was dripping out onto the floor constantly. When I told them the bathroom floor was full of water they didn’t seem concerned or interested in fixing the solution even after looking at it - I had to ask for a room change, it was not offered. None until next day which was fine but I had to then ask for a bucket to try and prevent having to walk through water every time I needed to use the toilet. I got one and it filled it very quickly. I got moved to another room next day and had no fridge - they put one in there for me after me asking. I stayed for 4 nights and no one came to sweep my floor or provide a new bath towel/ toilet roll. Also I asked about laundry and told it be done by afternoon the next day. I left a bag of clothes. Went to collect the ‘evening’ of the next day and my bag was just left under the reception counter not done. Not sure why no-one didn’t ask each other why is this bag still here? It had been longer than 24h. I had to be up and on a bus out of Kampot the next morning :-( I have scored well because they change me to another room but I had to ask for it. That pipe need fixing - someone could slip and hurt themselves.

I arrived around 12 PM and asked to check in, but the receptionist seemed confused and asked for a room number. I explained I had a reservation and paid online. They eventually found it but said check-in was at 2 PM and no rooms were available. I left my luggage and returned later, but a different staff member knew nothing about it. After repeating everything, I got my key. The room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which is difficult with heavy luggage. The room was very small, with no hot water. The smart TV didn’t show anything at all. During my 2-night stay, no cleaning was done. Trash wasn’t removed, and supplies weren’t refilled. Reception said I had to request cleaning, which is not standard. The location is a bit far from the center. Wi-Fi was good. Overall, there are clear areas for improvement. It was Khmer New Year period, so maybe that affected service.

Hotel is good and is a great charity at the same time. Service team did good! The room was a bit basic but it did the job. Scooter rental is possible and location is fine.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was convenient, there were several issues that made my stay less comfortable. The hotel does not have an elevator, which was difficult when carrying luggage, and no staff offered help with suitcases going downstairs. The pool area was not very clean, and overall, the rooms could use better maintenance. Additionally, the water pressure for the shower was quite low, making it hard to enjoy a proper shower.
