HOTEL MYSTAYS Premier Kanazawa

The location of the hotel is easy to find and there is a public parking lot right opposite to the hotel so we can park our car there despite there is no parking lot available in the hotel for us. It’s about 10-15 walk from Kanazawa Station so a little far from I expect. The room is spacious and there are four beds so the price is reasonable for such large room.

The location of the hotel was easily accessible via the underground walkway from Kanazawa Station which was just approximately 5-10mins walk. Convenience store just right next door and the restaurant just next to the lobby serves good food. Room was clean and spacious, able to open 2 big luggage. The pillow was the best amongst many other hotels stayed. Good breakfast spread.

Lovely hotel with some nice touches (I especially appreciate the free decaf coffee drip bags!). The staff were so lovely and helpful (and very patiently with me whilst calling around multiple izakayas to see if they'd show the World Cup match. The room was very spacious and we were happy there was a gym. Breakfast was pretty good, and it was good being within walking distance of both Kanazawa Station and Omicho market (see photo for delicious seafood) . We were a bit far from other attractions but it forced us to get some extra steps in which was no bad thing!

Near to Kanazawa station, the hotel room is spacious, there are 2 pillows for each of us, the pillow is the most comfortable that I used for far , staffs are friendly There is a 7-11 right beside the hotel

Very good location for being close to the train station, although it's about a 35-40 minute walk to places of interest. There's a 7-Eleven right next door, and a more complete supermarket and restaurants at the station. The rooms are huge for Japan, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is standard for the country. The hotel has a well-equipped gym and a very nice reading room. They do not clean the rooms until after the fourth night. They are not flexible with check-in; for example, after our 4-night reservation, we rebooked another 4 nights, but they made us wait 4 hours between checking out of the first room and checking into the second room. I think they could have paid more attention to us, since we had booked with them again and on a regular basis, but they paid no attention at all.
