We only stayed for one night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were amazing! Location was good too. Rooms were comfortable and clean

I chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to Omicho Market. Kanazawa Castle Park was also conveniently located nearby, which was a huge advantage. I also appreciated the fact that they provided a variety of chargers.

Just a 3-minute walk from Omi-cho Market, this place boasts excellent accessibility as it's located right in the city center. The facilities are also spotless. While the breakfast menu is the same every day, it offers good variety and tastes delicious.

Average breakfast, with Japanese food. The dining area was a bit dated.

Booked two rooms at the same time, pretty good hotel.

Decent location and decent amenities. Comfortable bed and nice towels. Room includes kettle and tea. Lobby has some amenities for the bath. Unfortunately day two was the major 7.6 earthquake and when I return to the hotel the elevators were not working. I relocated from the ninth floor to the second for the night. Hotel tried to accommodate others during the chaos. Of note the day after the earthquake they wanted to triple my room rate, when I protested, then decided they would not . All in all a pleasant stay except for one older lady at the reception desk who was stern and rude.
